Thank you for registering! We're excited to have you join us on Monday, August 4, 2025, for the golf tournament. Your spot is confirmed!

 

Payment Instructions:

To complete your registration, please submit your payment using one of the following options:

• Zelle: Please send your payment to: championscc2@gmail.com. Make sure to include your name and the tournament name in the payment description.

• PayPal: Please send your payment to: championscc2@gmail.com. Make sure to include your name and the tournament name in the payment description. Please make sure you download the PayPal App.

• Check: Please mail your check and make it payable to: Champions of Caring Connections, P.O. Box 5253 Compton, CA 90221

• Money Order: Please mail your money order and make it payable to: Champions of Caring Connections, P.O. Box 5253 Compton, CA 90221

 

Payment Deadline:

 

Please ensure that your payment is received by July 25, 2025, to secure your spot in the tournament. If payment is not received by the deadline, your registration may be canceled.
