Terms and Conditions for the Champions of Caring Connections Golf Tournament

1. Registration and Eligibility: 1.1 Participation in the Swinging for Families Golf Tournament ("Tournament") is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 1.2 Each participant must register for the Tournament by the specified deadline and provide accurate information. 1.3 The Tournament organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who fails to meet eligibility criteria or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

2. Format and Rules: 2.1 The Tournament will be played in a scramble format with 4-person teams. Individual participants will be assigned a team. 

3. Fees and Payment: 3.1 Participants are required to pay the entry fee as specified by the Tournament organizers. 3.2 Entry fees are non-refundable unless the Tournament is canceled by the organizers.

4. Prizes: 4.1 Prizes will be awarded to winners based on their performance in the Tournament. 4.2 Prize distribution and allocation will be at the discretion of the Tournament organizers. 4.3 Taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

5. Liability and Indemnity: 5.1 Participants acknowledge that golf is a physically demanding sport and assume all risks associated with their participation. 5.2 The Tournament organizers, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Tournament. 5.3 Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Tournament organizers from any claims arising out of their participation.

6. Code of Conduct: 6.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times during the Tournament. 6.2 Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or violation of course rules, may result in disqualification. 6.3 Use of foul language, harassment, or disruptive behavior towards fellow participants, officials, or spectators will not be tolerated.

7. Photography and Publicity: 7.1 Participants grant the Tournament organizers the right to use their name, likeness, and photographs or videos taken during the Tournament for promotional purposes. 7.2 The Tournament organizers may share participant information with sponsors and partners for promotional activities related to the Tournament.

8. Cancellation or Modification: 8.1 The Tournament organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Tournament in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather or safety concerns. 8.2 In the event of cancellation, entry fees may be refunded at the discretion of the organizers.

By participating in the Tournament, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
